Estimated Scooter Shipping Times

Shipping and Ordering Policy:
 
Read carefully! You must agree to this policy before purchase. This policy is for your protection and ours!

We only ship to the Contiguous 48 States.
No international orders or APO/FPO military addresses please.

Note: Upon receipt of your product, be sure to tighten all nuts, bolts, screws, etc. Parts can become loose during shipping.

Make sure you use a valid email address and phone number when you check out, otherwise we have no way to send you a receipt and tracking number, or get a hold of you for any other reason.

Shipping Information for Scooters

All orders are processed daily. We cannot guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. You will be sent tracking information via email after shipment has been made and you can always log onto your account to check your order status or get the tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Damage

Once in a while packages get damaged in shipping, especially during the Christmas season when the shipping companies are busy. Most of the Manufactures we work with cover shipping damage under their warranty. If there is no warranty on the product or shipping damage is not covered under the Manufactures warranty, you will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company, they are at fault and will reimburse you for the damages.

Return Policy

We do not except any returns on products or parts. All sales are final. We ask that you make sure when you place your order, you educate yourself on the products and what you are ordering is your absolute and final decision. We do not take returns on scooters if they are not legal for use in your area, please educate yourself before you purchase a scooter. If you have questions regarding the quality or reliability of a product, please contact us. We don't always receive accurate specifications for the Chinese products we sell, returns will not be accepted because of incorrect advertisments. We try very hard to keep product specs and speeds as accurate as possible and we update them once we test the product or hear back from our customers.

Warranty Policy

If your scooter is in need of warranty service, please see our warranty page for contact information. Most of the Manufactures we work with only cover replacement parts, which means customers are responsible for replacing the parts, they will not ship you a new scooter. You may also be asked for a picture of the defective part. EarthFox Scooters may store and process personally identifiable information to better understand our visitors needs and how we may improve our products and services. However, we will not trade, rent or sell personal information gathered online about our visitors. We will not provide your e-mail address, or any other information gathered from our website, to any outside organization.

Children:
EarthFox Scooters will not knowingly solicit personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) from individuals under the age of majority and will not encourage children to use the website or market our products to children. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us at the address listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy to request that this information be deleted from our records.
